Out here in the open......Mmmmmm, motor boatin'

That was just the song of the weekend on the Niangua River this past weekend, so using it for the title of my recap is only appropriate.  And you best believe I motor boated the hubs a few times as well.
Hello!  Isn't that what you're supposed to do when this song comes on?

I have a question--when did cooler radios become the new thang?  We were so NOT the cool kids as we lacked one of these bad boys.

But even without a cooler radio, our float trip was a success. I truly believe we had the most amazing campsite spot on the river....AMAZING.

Ok, seriously.  That chihauhau.  I about died.  And we totally shared chihauhau pics right there on the side of the river.

I'm that girl.

The next morning we woke up to a beautiful cool breeze & fog on the river.  It was serene!

And then my husband turned into this.

Yes.  I married that.  I mean, can you blame me?

The weekend wrapped up with the best damn s'mores I've EVER had.  Maybe it's because I'd been in the hot sun all day & needed any type of carb I could lay my hand on.  My scale hates me this morning, by the way.

How was everyone else's weekend??

Hop on over to these fab ladies blogs to link up!

Cooler Radio? Where have I been? I wished we could have stopped to see you when we were near the Ozarks!

Love that pontoon song! It was our theme song a couple weeks ago when we were on the lake, I'm literally obsessed with it!

This is awesome! I want to go on a float trip! And eat s'mores. We never do because hubby hates marshmallows. I know, crazy right? I love that chihuahua!!! And the overalls of course. Very jealous of the overalls.
